3) Pay special attention to the refund deadline. No refunds will be provided for any reason after September 30, 2009. Prior to September 30th, all requests for cancellations must be made in writing. A 20% of total amount processing fee will be charged.

4) Registration DOES NOT include your hotel accommodations. Please visit the accommodations link (www.fkviagens.com) to reserve your room.

5) Upon receipt of the registration and the corresponding payment, the Executive Secretariat will send a confirmation by e-mail to the participant which also serves as an invoice. Please show this confirmation of participation at the registration counter when picking up your congress material.

6) The Organizing Committee of 41st CBOT strongly recommends that foreign participants contact their local Brazilian Embassies or Consulates to get information about visa and/or other document requirements.
